• All Practices are at the Onyx Ice Arena
• During the summer months, practice time for June & July will be on ONE weekday evening. Day/time to be announced.
• Monthly payments of $70 due: March 31, April 10, May 10, June 10 & July 10, 2010.

• Theatre on Ice is an exciting new aspect of skating, involving ensemble skating, creating an entire picture by transcending the literal and creating emotion, allowing a skater to develop the dramatic side of their skating.
• Theatre on Ice skaters do not lose their identity as a skater, but are able to enhance that identity as a team member. Members perform at both competitions and shows. • Theatre is a great opportunity to be part of a team while continuing to develop technical skills. It is the goal of U.S. Figure Skating to expose the rapidly growing discipline of Theatre on Ice via various exhibitions in the United States. Facts about Theatre on Ice • Theatre team consists of a maximum of 30 skaters. • The first teams were established in France in 1980. • The training season runs from February to August • Within the choreography, skaters will be "cast" for different roles to create the final production. • Theatre on Ice is known as a "Performing Sport". |
